BOOKING CLASSES

We strongly encourage booking classes in advance. You may reserve class spots online through your account, through the Golden State Pilates app or by calling Golden State Pilates during normal business hours. You are solely responsible for booking and canceling your classes. Classes, instructors, memberships and pricing are subject to change without notice. Please check our website for the most current information.

LATE ARRIVAL

To keep things safe and running smoothly, please arrive no later than 5 minutes after the class starts. Late arrivals won’t be admitted to avoid disruptions. If you're late, it’ll be treated as a late cancel (with the associated late cancellation fee) and your spot might go to someone else on the waitlist. Thanks for understanding.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

You can cancel your reservation without a “late cancel penalty fee” (detailed below) up to 12 hours before the class starts. To cancel, use your online account or call the studio during normal business hours. Cancellations made within this window will not incur a fee and the class will be returned to your account. Cancellations via Instagram, social media, voicemail or text will not be accepted, and you will be charged.

LATE CANCEL FEES: If you do not cancel within the 12-hour window, a “late cancel penalty fee” of $30 will be charged to your account and the class will be returned to your account (class credits do not rollover at the close of a month if unused). If you do not have a working card on file, your class may be forfeited instead.


NO-SHOW FEES: If you do not cancel and do not show up to your scheduled class, a “no-show penalty fee” of $30 will be charged to your account and the class will be returned to your account (class credits do not rollover at the close of a month if unused). WAITLIST

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. You’re responsible for managing your bookings and cancellations according to our policy. Up to 12 hours before the class, the system or GSP team will automatically add wait listed clients to the class when spots become available. Within the 12-hour window, you won’t be added without confirmation from you via phone or text. We can’t move clients into fully booked classes. Pay attention to your waitlist booking, if you are added to a class, you will be subject to the late cancellation and no-show policy. 

CONDUCT

At Golden State Pilates, we focus on your health and safety. We don’t tolerate unreasonable, threatening, or illegal behavior. If you break the rules or misuse equipment, you may be asked to leave, and we can terminate memberships without a refund. This isn’t a full list of rules, but you agree to follow all Golden State Pilates guidelines and act respectfully towards everyone. Any damage to our property will be your responsibility.

ATTIRE

For your safety, grip socks are a must for all Pilates & Barre workouts—no shoes allowed. If you don't have your own, you can purchase a pair at the studio. While there's no specific dress code, we suggest wearing comfortable, yoga-like clothing. Tight-fitting pants and tops are ideal so your clothes don’t get in the way of the instructor seeing your form.

CELL PHONES

We prohibit cell phones during class. Please keep your phones with your belongings. If you have an emergency situation, please excuse yourself from class to handle it. Thank you in advance for being respectful of your fellow classmates and teacher.

PARKING

The Barn at Wildomar shopping center offers free parking to it’s customers. There are however times/days when parking spots may be limited. Please give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Yes, Golden State Pilates has one. The minimum age for group classes is 18. You may attend class with your child, provided that the parent/guardian is present for the duration of the class (they can take class or wait at the entry space), and the parent/guardian signs the minor waiver.
